How to feed fish in winter - what they don't teach at school

Fishing tales

Schoolchildren from a neighboring village study at our village school on the other side of the river. Most of them walk across the bridge, but a boy of about twelve, as I noticed, returning from school, for some reason often crosses the river on the ice. Sitting by the hole with a jig, at first I did not pay attention to him, but when this was repeated several times, I became interested and decided to watch him on occasion ...

On that cloudy day, despite the severe frost, the boy, as usual, descended the slope onto the ice and, reaching the middle of the river, stopped under a bridge. Taking an object out of his knapsack, he bent down and hit it several times on the ice. Then he got up, put the item back in his knapsack and continued on his way to the shore, home. I watched the student's manipulation two more times. Moreover, as I noticed, he always came to the same place. Intrigued, after his next departure, I went there, intending to find out: what was he doing there? I easily found this place and found only a hole half-covered with snow. And nothing more. Why did the boy come here so many times? Trying to answer this question, I carefully examined the hole, wandered around it, but saw nothing special. Perhaps I'll have to ask him about it himself.

The next day was a day off. Since the student always came to the hole, only returning from school, today I did not expect him. However, contrary to my assumption, he still appeared around noon. But not with a knapsack, but with a shoulder bag, a winter fishing rod and a plastic box. He sat down on a box, unwound a fishing rod, took a box out of his bag, rummaged in it. Then I put the bait on the hook, then knocked something on the ice and lowered the line into the hole. And literally in a matter of seconds he pulled a fish out of the river.

There was no less than a hundred meters between us, so I could not really make out what trophy the young angler had fished out, but I could assume that it was a pretty decent fish. Having removed the prey from the hook, he again lowered the baited line into the hole and almost immediately pulled out a new fish. And then, to my great surprise, the bite followed the bite ... At this point I could not resist and hurried to such a successful fisherman. I, of course, was eager to find out: why does he have such a lively nibble? After all, two dozen weighty perches were already lying on the ice near the young fisherman's hole.

He did not deny and explained that, returning from school, he comes to the hole and knocks on the ice with a mallet. Then he throws food there. Perch, according to him, get used to such feeding and immediately gather at the hole to knock. And today he once again took advantage of this - he planted bloodworms on the hook, and part of the perches became his prey.

- Who taught you this? - I was surprised.

- Nobody. In the summer, looking at how adult uncles feed the fish, I thought: what if we feed it in winter?

- Why exactly under the bridge?

- Because the fish are always spinning here, especially the perches, they hope that something will fall from the bridge.

Aloud, I praised the boy for his resourcefulness, but I thought to myself that with his observation and natural ingenuity, he would achieve a lot not only on fishing, but, I am sure, in life.

To get better and get stronger

To get better and get stronger

If a person is weak and thin, then this can be corrected.

Wait for the moon to be full in the sky. Go out into the yard and, feeling your body, say:

The month is coming, the strength is coming. The month grows and the body grows. The full moon is in the clouds, and I'm on the ground, on my feet. Profit on the moon and profit on me. In the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit. Now and ever and forever and ever. Amen.

Garden. Hearing this word, many people experience spiritual tremors. As soon as you close your eyes, memories of a blossoming apple or cherry orchard appear.Someone imagines the Garden of Eden, where Adam and Eve ate the fruits, someone recalls the first dates, the shady coolness and the singing of the nightingale.

When I look at the apple, pear, cherry, plum trees planted in my new garden, I see in them wonderful masterpieces that man and nature have created together, and I am proud to have joined this creativity. Therefore, I try to teach my grandchildren to love the garden, to enjoy working in it.

Most modern gardening books describe the technological approach that the garden is a fruit-producing plant. They say that in order to get more harvest, you need to buy the right varieties, dig a hole, add the necessary fertilizer rates, feed, water, spray with pesticides.

I want to tell you that a garden - always, even if you have only two trees and three bushes near your house - is a complex ecological system. It cannot be managed using simple agronomic recommendations. It is necessary to join modern scientific knowledge on plant physiology and soil ecology and, together with science, use the vast practical experience of our ancestors, folk gardeners, who knew that growing a garden is a simple matter, you just need to do it according to your mind, without mythology and superstitions.

I understood myself and am trying to tell the reader which advice from previous textbooks are already outdated, require clarification and even a complete revision, which schematic recommendations should be rethought using ecological scientific methods, mostly organic approaches.

I do not want to write another textbook on gardening, my goal is rather educational - to share new knowledge and my forty years of experience in gardening, to tell about it in simple language, which I use to talk with my grandchildren about complex processes in the garden and in the soil.

I am a practicing doctor and at the same time I am engaged in science, so I am able to systematically see the problems of gardening, I can tell you about how and why fruits from the garden protect the health of adults and children, and how working in the garden together with children heals our body and soul.

I am writing this book for everyone. For romantics who see the garden as a place of relaxation, beauty, pleasure in unity with nature, I was able to create such a garden and share my experience. For realist workaholics who grow fruit healthy for health, curious researchers - that's something, and there are a lot of new scientific ideas and experiments in my book.

I don't like the kolkhoz garden, where the trees are grown the same, just like the kindergarten, where all the children’s noses are similar to each other, it’s boring to work there. In my garden, each tree is unique, as in my family, all grandchildren are different. We are allies with them, I give them everything they need, and they give me back a hundredfold. Symbiosis is an interaction that increases the freedom of partners. Otherwise, there would be no evolutionary development in nature. My garden and my family increase my personal freedom, and I will tell you how this happens.

After reading this book, I want you to realize with all your soul the popular wisdom that a person who planted and grew a tree and gave its fruits to people becomes warmer in heart and higher in thoughts. That is why I wrote the book of my life, a book about how I created the Garden of Eden, using the wisdom of the Valaam monks, and taught my grandchildren to work in the garden, a book about proper nutrition with my healing fruits grown on living ecological soil.

Recover lost health for yourself and your children!

The goal of my recent books and articles is to restore our lost health to all of us, and especially to our children. To do this, I want to return them the pleasure of food, from the usual simple food that our grandmothers loved and prepared for their grandchildren, and not that sweet, fatty, with a flavor of chemistry that is sold in bags in the store. Therefore, I decided to learn myself and teach others to grow real live food for themselves, on their Living land. Let it be called “eco-products from the eco-garden”.For me, this is the usual, natural, natural food of our ancestors.

Nature has made man an omnivore. A wolf can eat only raw meat, a cow - only raw grass, and a man is omnivorous, he is able to consume any natural food and not have a single "disease of civilization". But as soon as our cat, dog or our children begin to eat processed foods, diseases appear that our grandmothers did not have 200 years ago. I see these diseases, I treat them every day. And in my practice, it is often not medications that help, but a change in lifestyle and food habits in the patient's family. Therefore, I had a desire to protect our food and our nutrition.

I insist that what our children eat, even in school and kindergarten, is, strictly speaking, not food at all, but how we consume it, alone, on the run, at the computer or, even worse, at the TV - not is nutrition.

Who do I have to protect food from? From two invincible enemies. It is a medical nutritional science and food industry. Although, in fact, there is only one enemy - the food industry, which has fallen into the trap of both medical scientists and marketers. All of them profit from each new twist of the healthy food concept advertised and imposed on society.

It was the food industry that created and instilled in everyone THREE MYTHS:

- it is not the food itself that is important, but the nutrients,

- only doctors know what it is, so it is impossible to eat right without their advice,

- the purpose of nutrition is to provide an outwardly beautiful figure and physical health in the narrow sense.

I argue that food (its cultivation and consumption) is associated with pleasure, a sense of oneness with society, family values, relationships with the natural world, creativity, self-expression.

Since ancient times, people eat at a common table, so nutrition is more culture than biology. The naked idea that nutrition refers only to health, constant preoccupation with the correct composition of food and a set of products, paradoxically, destroys health, since such food does not bring pleasure and joy of communication, does not make people happy.

Doctors themselves have become entangled in the French and American paradoxes. They wonder why the French rarely suffer from diabetes and heart disease, although they do not eat according to science, abundantly, cheerfully and mostly "deadly poisons." And Americans are preoccupied with diet issues, buy jars of low-fat and healthy supplements flavored with the right foods, but they are the sickest nation in the world with the highest treatment costs.

I already see the "Russian paradox", when, during the period of high oil prices, instead of organic products, teenagers began to get involved in sneakers, chips, energy drinks, fast food and other delights of American marketing. And those diseases that Americans have after 50 years of age: heart attacks, diabetes, stroke and cancer, began to appear in our youth.

Who am I to shamelessly disprove or even question the advice of medical nutritionists and industrial marketers? Do I have such a right? Is this my fantasy? I am a doctor, head of the children's department with forty years of experience, candidate of medical sciences. By the age of 50, listening to the advice of "specialists", he himself had a bouquet of chronic diseases and a complete disillusionment with state pediatrics.

In recent years, I have studied a lot of literature on nutrition, became a private doctor, opened my own office, and seriously engaged in a related science - soil ecology and gardening. And everything fell into place. I get satisfaction from the treatment of patients, from the health of my "pets" in the garden and in the beds. I'm 70 soon, and my health is coming, and in the morning and in the evening, after creative and physical work for 14 hours every day, nothing hurts. I am not ashamed to invite friends to my garden, to my house, to my table.

Forty years ago, I did not dare to bring this up. I was forced to take up agriculture: the salary is small, the store shelves are empty. And I could not offer everyone to return to rural life and grow their own food.It would sound like a peasant maniac manifesto.

Now, on the one hand, more and more food in supermarkets contains flavor enhancers and sweeteners and lies to our senses that they are tasty and healthy. On the other hand, as an alternative, the environmental movement has intensified, farmers' markets have expanded, and you can buy normal food in stores without artificial flavors. Technologies and money appeared so that, if desired, with a minimum of time and manual labor, any person could create eco-beds and an eco-garden next to the house. And I am glad that people of my generation can now abandon the "Western diet" without rejecting other benefits of Western civilization.

How it all began

I remember the 70s of the last century. I graduated from the institute, my son was born, and I began to give him a mixture of "Kid", where "according to science" the composition was written, how many proteins, fats and carbohydrates there are. And the child began to get sick with diathesis. It turned out that this mixture is a parody of science. Proteins from harmful coarse casein, while at twice the norm, the fat is of poor quality, the carbohydrates are just granulated sugar from the store.

We met with the "Western approach to nutrition" in the 1980s. In stores, instead of the usual names - bread, meat, milk, eggs - bright packages began to appear with science-like inscriptions: cholesterol, fiber, saturated fats. I believed in it myself, accepted and sold dietary supplements. But my health did not improve, and my patients, who more and more consumed infant formula, on which, like a snowball, the list of ingredients increased, more and more often had allergic rashes.

I brought in animals and beds as an alternative, and saw how a hen teaches chickens to look for worms, how a goat teaches kids to pick grass. I read the magazine "New Farmer" and began to understand that every people, from the Eskimo in the north to the Hunza in the foothills of Tibet, always knew what could be eaten in a given area, and passed on this knowledge in culture and traditions. And in civilized countries, young mothers have lost these traditions, grandmothers give them advice, after listening to advertisements on TV. The brighter the jar on the shelf of the supermarket or pharmacy, the faster it begins to fall into the baby's mouth.

The diet of our grandmothers at the beginning of the last century and the nutrition of the last decades are completely different for a hundred years, the concept of proper nutrition has changed three times, completely confusing everyone. Animal fat is a deadly hell, doctors taught in the 60s, margarine made from vegetable oil is an even more terrible hell, they began to assert 20 years ago. Five years ago, I began to read in medical journals that any animal fat, if it is not deeply processed, is useful, and cholesterol from eggs and butter cannot do anything bad to the body, and that fiber does not protect against cancer and heart attack.

In the past five years, scientists have dispelled the myth about the benefits of omega-3 fats: it turns out that expensive red fish does not save you from angina pectoris, but poisons the brain with mercury, which may be in it. The Swedes stopped eating carbohydrates instead of fats and, on the contrary, began to give preference to fatty meat, and they almost stopped using carbohydrates, as medical professors now teach them.

I studied all modern scientific concepts of nutrition and realized that, for example, lipid theory does not fit in with carbohydrate. A neolipid theory has emerged that proves that omega-3 fatty acid deficiencies are to blame for all chronic diseases, but it does not get along with the doctrine that digestible carbohydrates are to blame.

All scientists agree on only one thing: the peoples who abandoned the traditional food of their ancestors and switched to a Western diet began to get sick more often. Conversely, the people who abandoned the Western diet and returned to the old traditions of nutrition began to get sick less often and live longer.

Having familiarized myself with all the ideas, I took on faith the opinion of a group of scientists who proved that without harm to health, you can eat any "real" food that our grandmothers ate (better than great-grandmothers), in any form: fried, and boiled, and cheese. But you need to eat less, without getting carried away. But greens, fruits, vegetables from your garden should be consumed every day, and in large quantities.

However, things are not so simple. Not everyone can break the habit of eating processed and packaged foods and start consuming whole foods. This is not beneficial to the industry (it needs buyers). This is not beneficial to doctors and pharmaceutical companies (they need sick people).

On the other hand, where to get organic products? After all, the farmer also uses feed produced in factories, which is essentially fast food stuffed with hormones and stimulants. Now apples in Poland are treated with poisons up to 30 times. Not everyone will become an agronomist and, like me, will use ecological farming methods, take care of soil biota, buy not ready-made animal feed, but whole oats and hay from farmers. Therefore, I recommend at least following the rules that I will outline below.

Soil health is related to the health of the plants and animals that inhabit it. Further down the chain, human health depends on the food culture and traditions of the ancestors. And then the culture of food production determines the health of the nation.

Food is not a pile of ingredients, not an amount of fats and carbohydrates, I stopped thinking about it. Let the intestinal microorganisms "think" about it. I am thinking about how to set the table, how to diversify products according to the season, how to enjoy socializing at the table.

In our family, a tradition has gradually developed: on weekends, together with our grandchildren, we harvest in the garden or go to a local farmer. Then we prepare what both adults and children like, excluding only “quasi-products” made at the factory. We love to gather without any reason, at a common table - 11 people: 5 grandchildren, my wife and I, a son and daughter with their spouses.

You can argue for a long time what is real food and what is "quasi-products", but I have developed golden rules for my family:

- do not eat anything that your great-grandmother would not recognize as food (for example, dairy-free coffee creamer, in the creation of which the cow did not participate)

- do not eat anything that never goes bad (biscuit-like cakes with a creamy filling)

- try not to eat foods: in the list of ingredients of which there are unfamiliar names containing more than five ingredients containing glucose-fructose syrup, palm oil

- rarely eat fluffy and soft white bread

- give up cheap refined sunflower oil, because there are enough other high-quality vegetable oils on sale now

- avoid factory-processed milk and cottage cheese if possible, find an opportunity to buy these products from farmers directly

Eat mostly seasonal farm produce from your area (don't buy imported strawberries, broccoli, or even cucumbers in winter). Find a farmer in your area who uses minimally pesticides, make friends with him, and pay him decently. Shake the hand that feeds you.

People ate an astonishing amount of different simple foods, got used to them, adapted their microbial and were healthy, although they ate only fats, like the Eskimos, or one plant food, like the peoples of India. But as soon as, for example, the American Indians began to live in cities and tried products with corn fructose syrup, they developed diabetes, obesity and a dozen other diseases of civilization. And when they returned to the diet of their ancestors, they recovered without medication.

Nutrition is an act of farming culture, become co-creators of the systems that feed us. There are a lot of nationalities on the globe, traditional diets that were used by different peoples at different times are a fantastic number.

Scientists have come to a consensus: the healthiest thing is to eat unprocessed plants, and the best of all - live lettuce. True, they are still arguing: what is the main thing? Antioxidants, Fiber, or Omega-3 Fatty Acids? I do not argue, I taught my family and teach patients to buy all this from farmers or grow and consume it all year round. And I always note only the positive effect of eating unprocessed plant foods.

When we eat a lot of greens, both unrefined seeds (gray cereals) and nuts will benefit us, the benefits of such food triple. And refined butter, sugar and white flour are the main poisons of civilization in themselves.

Scientists disagree about meat. They say that red is more harmful, only low-fat white is possible, etc. Modern deep and long-term studies in different countries have proved that a person does not need to eat meat, and at the same time, moderate consumption of any meat does not harm health. Meat processed at the factory is contraindicated, for example, in the form of fatty sausages with a deficiency of greens in food, and with an excess of white flour and sugar, the harm increases many times over. Even more harmful is the meat of animals raised with the use of food additives and hormones. Therefore, I am not afraid to lay out any dishes from the meat of my lamb and turkey poults on my table, especially if there is a lot of fresh herbs on the table.

Whoever in mountainous Georgia has tried lamb shish kebab, which has been eating grass all his life, when, moreover, there are a lot of herbs and spices on the table, he will understand why there are many long-livers in the mountains. Not only because there they eat or not eat meat - there traditions and food culture have been preserved for millennia, forming a special microbial in the intestines of local residents.

Man is what his food eats

Animals that are fed mainly with grain feed often get sick and are forced to be given antibiotics. The hen, which often finds worms in the grass, lays healing eggs with a bright, puffy yolk, and the oil from a ladybug grazing in the meadow is bright yellow from vitamins from the green grass. Do you often eat this kind of butter and eggs? In my family, in recent years, they have been consuming just such foods.

Man is an omnivore, and I recommend: eat like an omnivore. Do not be afraid to enrich your diet not only with new animal products, but also with new biological species. We occasionally buy exotic seafood and tropical fruits.

There are thousands of stickers with different names in the supermarket, but 90% of all this is made from the "bad three": soybeans, wheat and corn. It is not worth enriching the diet with such products.

Every year new species and varieties of plants appear in my garden and garden, and now there are up to eight species of animals in the yard. In my soil, the biodiversity of microorganisms exceeds the indicators of the collective farm field by a factor of millions. This is what forms the microbe of my children, increases immunity, reduces allergies.

For me now the name "ecological product" is not a guarantee of its usefulness. Recently, for example, I saw an advertisement that will soon be selling environmentally friendly Coca-Cola. We eat food grown wisely, in healthy soil, not for the market, but for ourselves.

The healthiest meats are wild animals, and the healthiest plants in the world are purslane and quinoa. During the hunting season, we buy game meat from hunters, and local fatty fish from fishermen. There are hundreds of species of edible wild plants and herbs in my garden. I understand them and use them not as medicines (this is more of a myth, folklore), but I add them to salads and garnishes.

Which nations eat the healthiest foods?

There are studies that according to the rating of health associated with national nutritional traditions, the peoples of the world can be ranked in the following order: French, Italians, Japanese, Indians, Greeks. We have purchased culinary books and sometimes we organize days of traditional dishes of these peoples, we teach our grandchildren to this. If the people adhered to an unreasonable diet, they would not survive, therefore the diet of our ancestors is so conservative.

I have a healthy skepticism about modern culinary delights. The food of the nationalities changed slowly, their biota also evolved, new genes appeared in both humans and bacteria, people were adapting to new food. And the new culinary tricks of modern chefs are often harmful in the long run.For example, all Asian peoples eat soy with health benefits, but isolated soy protein and soybean oil, which makes up 20% of the mass in cheap products, is not, in fact, food, it is a food surrogate. Still, it is worth choosing a traditional diet, teaching children to it and adhering to this diet, of course, with amendments to civilization, without fanaticism.

I used to believe that every traditional diet has a staple that makes food healthy and healthy. The Italians have olive oil, the French have red wine, the Japanese have fish. But science does not confirm this. You can eat all of these healthy foods, but eat in general like "overweight Americans," on the run, snacking on hot dogs and Pepsi-Cola, and have a variety of illnesses.

The product is not equal to the sum of its constituent nutrients. A healthy diet is not equal to the sum of the foods you eat. A dietary tradition is more than a collection of foods. Food culture is more than the sum of the menus that make it up.

The French abuse fats and wine, the Greeks get up to 40% of their calories from vegetable oil - this will drive any nutritionist crazy. But in their diet, almost all products are fresh, from the area, everything is natural, a lot of greens, young cheese and young wine, an abundance of fresh fish, shellfish. And there is a tradition to consume simple natural products to which the body has adapted. And we are taught to count calories, proteins, fats, vitamins, for lunch there is always a hot first course, as if we were in a canteen.

I understood another thought. It is easy to borrow foods and dishes from another culture, but it is very difficult to change eating habits and taste preferences. Therefore, a diet read in magazines rarely brings health benefits, you must live in the country whose diet you like. Although some people do this - they arrange for themselves culinary trips. And suddenly they see that French women are slim, because they treat food in a completely different way than we do. They eat slowly, in company, savor food, take small portions, enjoy food and communication and do not grab sandwiches, cakes and pies on the run, do not gorge themselves to the fullest in a restaurant. Therefore, wine and fats give them health.

The French pay for the quality of their products, for their freshness and simplicity, natural taste and variety. We sometimes look in the supermarket for bags in bright packaging, large and at a "ridiculous price". We get a funny quality and not at all funny diseases.

The farmer grows good food carefully, slowly, so it is more expensive. It can be consumed less, but more benefit from it. The culture of France is in the moderate use of natural products, and not at all in wine.

The American paradox is that their products are getting cheaper, portions are growing, their food culture requires fast consumption. Therefore, the weight of Americans is growing, the number of diseases is increasing, and health care costs are increasing.

What do I teach my patients to? Eat food only at the table, not on the run. Avoid snacking. A person can develop the habit of eating two or four times, it is important - what, how much and how. The main threat to a child's appetite is treats and sugary drinks. Snacks with chips, food "with cartoons", not at the table, next to adults, but alone.

In our family, they usually eat at the same usual time, when the stomach reminds that it is hungry, and not when they see something tasty on the table. Although children can eat fresh fruit as a snack, at any time and in any quantity.

I will end with an appeal to all readers: learn how to cook food yourself, from your own products. To do this, try, find opportunities, plant a vegetable garden, plant a garden. Bring food from your garden on Sunday morning, and argue for a long time and ponder what and how you will cook today. But never discuss or think about the nutritional value and health benefits of foods. The products you grow will always be healthy.

Scenario of the holiday "Golden Autumn" in primary school

CELEBRATION "HELLO, GOLDEN AUTUMN!"

Prepared and conducted:

Primary school teacher

Ukhtinskaya Elena Gennadievna

MOU "Zykovskaya secondary school"

Leading ... Gone, the sultry summer sounded, and now, like a magician, the autumn touched the leaves, the forests flashed with golden paint, the fields turned yellow, and crimson and yellow leaves are flying, falling under their feet. Autumn comes to us imperceptibly, stealthily. The first sign of it is a yellow leaf. This means that the summer has passed, the time has come for autumn.

Here is an artist, so an artist

Even the heaviest rain

But not at all like in summer.

The picture is a little sad

I remember the birds chirping -

Now they are flying in the clouds.

Autumn knocked on us like a golden rain

And with, alas, not a gentle sunbeam.

Sung a sad song of leaf fall,

And the garden falls asleep to this song.

And rowan is a berry, like a light,

Warms, makes a cloudy day happy,

In puddles, like boats, leaves are circling

Gray, cold, clouds rush into the distance.

The birds are no longer singing songs,

They gather in flocks and fly south,

In the evenings drizzling rain,

A lullaby song, knocking on the glass.

Autumn wanders close somewhere.

Song to the tune "What do they teach at school"

This is autumn, this is autumn, this is autumn.

This is autumn, this is autumn, this is autumn

The vegetable garden adds to our worries without manure:

All spring we carry, carry, fertilize

Water, field, dry, collect

To fly away, to rest, to swim.

We continue to dig in the vegetable gardens.

This is autumn, this is autumn, this is autumn.

This is autumn, this is autumn, this is autumn.

To the music enters the hall Tsarina - Autumn with her sons - Tsarevichs: September, October and November.

Autumn enters first. In the Queen's hand is a long staff, entwined with flowers and leaves, on which she rests. Three young Tsarevichs follow her: September, October and November.

Fall: I heard someone was just calling my name.

Here I am! Hello autumn to you, friends!

Summer is followed by my turn.

Are you glad to meet me? (Yes)

They call me a beauty, a sorceress for a reason!

I came to the holiday not alone, but with my sons - for months. Meet:

September. I am the youngest son of Autumn - September.

I am the sorcerer of the light. If I want - I will let black clouds on everyone, if I want - I will fill everything with sunlight.

September time of flight of birds to warm regions. In September, one berry, and even then - a bitter mountain ash.

October: I am a sorceress - Autumn is the second son,

Rustle underfoot, And fly, fly, fly.

November: I am the oldest son of autumn - rainy November.

Song: "Autumn, autumn came after summer"

Words and music: O. Osipova

Leaf fall swirled in the sky,

Again, the leaves are flying from the trees.

It's a pity to part with the summer,

Chorus: Autumn, autumn, one, two, three,

So that we can paint

So that we can paint

The faces of moms and dads are sad.

From the slushy autumn season.

Came after the summer Autumn, autumn.

Leaf fall swirled in the sky,

Again, the leaves are flying from the trees.

It's a pity to part with the summer,

Birds fly away into the distance. - 3 times

Autumn has come, the rains have begun

How dull the gardens look.

Birds reached out to warm lands,

The farewell chirp of a crane is heard.

The sun does not spoil us with its warmth,

Northern, frosty chill blows.

The bright sun shines in your eyes

It's been so hot all week.

Rain, rain, don't be shy,

Where have you been for so many long days?

Grasses, forest and flowers are waiting for you,

I like it like raindrops

Playing in the leaves, they make noise and ring.

Take me to your game.

If my rain would always go

I would have grown up right away and went to school.

Cobwebs float over the sleepy stubble.

Rowans blush under every window

Young cockerels wheeze in the morning,

Mushroom rains fall lightly,

Tractor drivers are singing, driving out into the chilly winter,

The villages are getting ready for the harvest day.

"Get ready to charge, get started!"

T-shirt on the body, in the legs of a dumbbell.

I will become the strongest in the world!

Leaves or sits on a bench. Music sounds. The words are heard: "Get ready for exercise!"

No, you can't do it without the Bug.

Let him work a little!

The mouse would be clicked on the yard.

So far we ourselves, it seems, have a mustache.

Than to trample the garden bed uselessly -

Left - right, left - right.

Stand up! Exhale, inhale!

Fall he waves his hand, and the melody of the Russian folk song "Whether in the garden or in the garden" sounds in the hall. The heroes of the fairy tale dance in a round dance and sing.

Now we are going to play the game "What grows in the garden?" I will ask questions, and you will answer them with the words "yes" or "no".

- And on the grass, like on a pillow, is a green frog growing?

-Is there any sweet pepper in the garden?

- And the zucchini grows in the garden?

- Are the carrots lined up?

- Does chocolate grow in the beds?

- Do dill, beans, peas grow?

- Big and angry bulldog growing?

Vegetables come out, tell about themselves:

Everyone is very friendly with cabbage

I'm glad to meet us in the garden

Everyone knows pepper perfectly!

Leading: We will go to the garden

Song: Garden - round dance.

1 ... We have a vegetable garden

This is such a height, this is such a width. (2 times)

You carrot to us, hurry up and dance a little.

And then don't yawn and get into the basket. (2 times)

This is such a height, this is such a width. (2 times)

You hurry up here and dance a little.

And then don't yawn and get into the basket. (2 times)

This is such a height, this is such a width. (2 times)

You cabbage hurry to us and dance a little.

And then don't yawn and get into the basket. (2 times)

This is such a height, this is such a width.

You hurry up to us potatoes and dance a little.

And then don't yawn and get into the basket.

This is such a height, this is such a width.

Hurry up here, you chauffeur, dance with us

And then don't yawn, take away our crop.

Leading: Guys, is it only in the garden and in the garden that you can harvest? In the forest, mushrooms are also collected by squirrels, they dry them for the winter, make themselves a reserve. Let's sing mushroom ditties.
1. We start the song

2. Lyonya got up early, early,
I collected all the mushrooms in the forest.
Boasts mushrooms
With little white dots.

3. I walked along the forest, I walked,
I found a lot of mushrooms.
As I saw the bear
I barely carried my legs.

4. My friend and I went to the forest,
They found a huge mushroom there.
The two of us dragged him
Home was barely reported.

5. How old are you, morel?
You look like an old man.
The fungus surprised me:
"My age is only two days."

6. Chocolate papakha,
White silk uniform.
Having looked, the mushroom gasped:
A real commander.

11. The boils were doing briskly,

"How will we now, brothers,

13.Aspen leaf on the head

14. Here is a mushroom growing - boletus,

In a thick hat on one side

18. We sang ditties for you

Song - dance "Mushrooms".

Where leaf to leaf stuck

(Children - mushrooms rise slowly).

("Basket" - two children, holding hands, catch children - mushrooms and try to enclose them in their little circle).

(music from the film "Gentlemen of Fortune" sounds, Slush and Kholodryga enter and sing)

Slush (In a large cellophane cape, In galoshes with a small umbrella)

Holodryga (Valenki, fur sleeveless jacket, hat with earflaps,)

Slush: I am a slush, I am all around in galoshes and with an umbrella. I wander through the puddles, catching up with slush.

Holodryga: And Kholodryga is a friend, everything runs around,
Letting boredom all the passers-by.
Listen, Slush, it must have been our guest.

Slush: What are you, Holodryga, what are you! Apchhi!. How many years I have lived in the world, no one has ever invited me to visit.

Holodryga: And I, Kholodryga, are not very favored either! Well, since they weren’t calling us, they’ll regret it. We'll ruin the whole ball for them.

Slush: Who is this? Yes, it's autumn! The queen of the ball herself!

Holodryga : Golden autumn!

Slush : Happy! Her songs are sung and danced for her.

Holodryga: You see how everyone loves her!

Slush : But we are not. (crying from a watering can)

Holodryga: Phew, what kind of slush she spread! Don't cry and it's cold without you. Better think about how to teach this autumn a lesson so as not to be arrogant.

Slush: I came up with it! Now we will enchant her, and she will fall asleep, and we ourselves will dissolve such slush, we will arrange such a cold so that it turns from golden to rainy.

Slush: In a boring autumn. Then no one will love her, like us.

Holodryga: What if she gets disenchanted?

Slush: What are you! She will be disenchanted only when she, so disgusting, is loved again and called to her. And this will never happen! People are the same everywhere. They would always be warm and dry.

Holodryga: And how are we going to enchant her?

Slush: Now I will dilute the slush on a silver platter, and I will tell her that this is a beauty solution. (Gives a drink to the autumn, and she falls asleep)

Holodryga: Hooray! Happened! Well, hold on, now I'll freeze you! (Runs around the children with a Big Fan, and Slush splashes water)

Leading : Wait, what are you doing? You came to the holiday!

Slush: Oh yes! On the holidays. I have a gift for you and I (takes out candy)

Holodryga (reads) Snykers.

Slush: (annoyed) You're a Snickers yourself! This is a Runny nose!

Holodryga: (reads) Ba-un-ti.

Slush: Not Bounty, but Chihaunte!

(give "candy", months start to sneeze)

Vedas: Oh, what is it! How to help trouble?

Where is your radiant look?

Wait, guys, remember Slush and Kholodryga said that Autumn will wake up if we get bored without it and call, even rainy and cold. But what good can be found in such an autumn?

Slush and Kholodryga: Seek, seek, may find.

Slush: You can sneeze!

Holodryga: You can get sick!

Slush: Walk with damp feet.

Holodryga: And with a blue nose. Brrr!

Leading: Guys, let's read poems to our heroines, maybe they will grow kinder and disenchant our autumn princess.

3. Is rain really bad?

Just put on your boots

And in them not only on the roads

Autumn will wake up anyway!

Slush: They found something to surprise: they read poems to us, they would sing a song, otherwise - poems. Poems and I can tell!

Holodryga: What are you talking about? They can't even sing!

Cold and Slush: We're leaving, we're leaving! Let's not bother you!

Leading: Guys, let's sing a song for our heroines?

Song: "Autumn has come"

Cold and Slush: We're leaving, we're leaving! Let's not bother you!

And we will not infect you with the flu!

Vedas: Go away, go away! Don't sneeze here!

(Kholodryga and Slush run away from the hall in small checkers, Autumn wakes up)

Fall: Oh, how long I slept ...

Whispering with an umbrella together

And you can even take an umbrella

Pat on the shoulders now

And cross - fold our hands!

1.Gathered and flew
Ducks on a long journey.
Under the roots of an old spruce
The bear makes a den.
2. Wolves prowl at dark night
For prey in the forests.
Between the bushes to the sleepy grouse
A fox sneaks in.

In the old moss nuts cleverly.
Needles are pinched by wood grouses.
They came to winter to us
The northerners are bullfinches.

Leaves - the hedgehog wears letters.

And a mole, and a mouse in a hole,

CHORUS: And a maple letter

Leaves - the hedgehog wears letters,

CHORUS THE SAME
3. And in winter the snow whirls

Leading: - And now, guys, I suggest you guess riddles about animals.

14. White in winter, gray in summer. Jump-jump on the grass, pump-pump on the snow? (hare)

15. Who goes to bed in the fall and gets up in the spring? (bear)

Fall: Well done boys.

To return to the autumn forest.

It is necessary to put the bear to sleep, to escort the birds to the south.

Leading: Thank you, Autumn, for coming to us,

Has brought us a lot of interesting things,

Thank you for the rich harvest

Come to us again, don't forget!

Autumn distributes to everyone present the apples, which she brought with her in a basket.

Children in chorus: Thank you Autumn! Come to us next year!

After the solemn concert part, contests and tea drinking.

We are used to the fact that the school curriculum consists of familiar and familiar subjects: physics, mathematics, Russian, and so on. Sometimes this list can be diluted with foreign languages, for example, French or German. But in some schools, in a series of mundane and sometimes boring subjects for many students, there are rare and surprising exceptions. Victoria Kuzmenko and Alesya Ushakova talked with teachers of unusual subjects and found out how they appeared in the school curriculum, why a student should know about the technique of skinning and learn to plant tomatoes.

Reindeer husbandry

Ivan Krivoshapkin, director of the Sebyan-Kyuel school named after Lamutsky and a reindeer husbandry teacher, p. Sebyan-Kyuel, rep. Sakha (Yakutia)

We introduced reindeer herding classes in 1982. Considering that our forest is completely occupied with reindeer husbandry, there was a need for specialists who could immediately join reindeer herding brigades after school.

Not all children go to the educational institutions they want. Therefore, after school, someone has to leave for a reindeer herd to work as reindeer breeders and shepherds. Parents of many students are employed in reindeer herding brigades, so every summer children go to their parents' reindeer herds, some even sign a contract and work as reindeer herders during the holidays. For this they receive a salary, approximately 12-13 thousand rubles.

Reindeer husbandry is a compulsory subject, because we have a national school. In the lessons themselves, mainly theoretical knowledge is given. The subject is taught in high school, two hours a week. In grade 11, students take exams. The student should know the peculiarities of pastures, what diseases deer suffer from, what products from reindeer meat can be made, what things to sew, and so on.

In the spring and autumn, we go to industrial practice, help reindeer herders. Usually this is the 10th grade, whose students are exempt from exams. We help reindeer herders to clear lichens, build a fence and more. We get acquainted with the life of reindeer breeders. The practice lasts a maximum of a week.

We are also building an educational and production base for the subject “Reindeer husbandry” on our own, and we plan to build educational buildings. All this is done, in part, for the visitors to show how reindeer herders live and work.

Autodelo

Alexander Subbotkin, auto teacher, school number 1, Gus-Khrustalny

I am a driver by profession, and I got into a teacher right after the army - at the age of 20. He began to train military drivers at the military registration and enlistment office. Then the army began to fall apart, my services were no longer needed, and the driver training plan was removed. I went to work at a vocational school. He left school 25 years later to retire. I worked in Moscow for a month and a half, but then I realized that it was not mine. It turned out that everything except teaching is very boring. I wanted to return to the school, but a man was already found there. And then a friend called me to work at the school. Nine years have passed since then.

In Soviet times, turners were trained in our school; there were lathes in the place of our garage. And they taught car business in another school, but then they decided to transport all motorists to ours. There used to be a trade union center in the city, where high school students were trained for various professions: turners, draftsmen, electricians.

"Autodelo" in the curriculum of our school goes like a regular subject. But in order for us to have more earnings, we signed an agreement with other schools. We teach only the best students, because we cannot teach everyone. In my opinion, in other schools they even whisper about our classes. Only for their own. We have three cars - two cars and one truck. The school somehow won a grant for which it purchased a truck. Many then were indignant - why such use of funds, there was a scandal.

In grade 10, students listen to the theoretical part, traffic rules. And already in the 11th grade, we allow them to the cars for practice. Pupils pay only for gasoline - about 300 rubles a month. They have been practicing for nine months. So consider, for what pennies they get the rights. Only they still have to get a medical certificate for one and a half thousand. And so in Gus-Khrustalny, getting a license at a driving school for a passenger car costs from 25 to 29 thousand rubles. We are paid by the GORONO. In fact, the city should also provide money for gasoline, but the city has no money.

The average salary at school is 22,000 rubles. To make this money, I have to work 1.5 times. And this is a six-day week, every day from 8.00 to 20.00.

All the same, there are such students who have not yet grown up with their brains, who think that they will not need rights. It's a shame for such people, they only think about it later, and it's too late! In the last edition, our guys pass traffic rules at the traffic police well the first time - 97.6%. Only one girl failed. To have such good results, you have to prepare with great passion.

Of course, it's already hard to do all this. Okay, teach theories, but driving is already hard. But I've been teaching for 33 years now, I can't do anything else.

Gardening

Natalia Fedyushkina, teacher of gardening, Vnukovo secondary school and school No. 1 named after Kuznetsova, Dmitrov

I am a mathematician myself, but already retired. I had to work as a mathematician, and maintain a vegetable garden, planting a garden - this is my hobby. Gardening used to be an elective in our school, but now it is no longer there, I stopped teaching for four years. Gardening was free. We organized a circle on the basis of the school, we even had a farming class, it was in the 1980s. There was a heated greenhouse, they planted watermelons, tomatoes, grapes, pineapples, and took care of roses. The program was extensive, they were engaged in both winter and summer. There was both theory and practice. In winter, we don't have much work to do, and before going out into the garden, we went through the theory of how everything should be grown. She told historical facts, read literature, watched films. Themselves filmed other gardeners, then used these frames in the classroom. We went on excursions to other gardeners who were older than me. We had a theory with pictures, slides, photographs. The students came to my garden and tasted watermelons. About 15-20 years ago they even made a film about us.

There were a lot of children, they sometimes stayed up until 10-11 pm. Half of the school came. There was not even one circle, but several departments.

Not so long ago a woman met me in the city and said: "Thank you very much!" And this is the first time I see her. "I have a son, he is 35 soon, wife, children, and he plants all your tomatoes."But I gave seeds, we bred our varieties. And several students went to this profession in Timiryazevka. The influence of the subject on children was great, and many still remember a lot and garden.

Fishing and hunting

Angelica Sigunei, school director and ideologist of the subject "fishing and hunting", Dudinsk boarding school, Dudinka, Krasnoyarsk Territory, Taimyr Dolgan-Nenets district

In our school, representatives of the indigenous peoples of Taimyr predominate among the students. Since 2000, we have been teaching the subject "Fishing and Hunting", which is compulsory for the course "Technology". Andrei Stepanovich Betta, a technology teacher, teaches children. The curriculum for the subject is designed to provide vocational guidance to students based on local learning conditions and graduates' employment.

The group for training in fishing and hunting is selected children who, for health reasons, are able to withstand heavy physical exertion. The term of study for the program is five years. Two periods of study: 5-7 grade - preparatory, 8-9 grade - the main course. The program includes theoretical and practical lessons, students hand over laboratory work, perform various exercises, go on excursions.

In the process of training, schoolchildren get acquainted with the profession of a fisherman - a fisherman-hunter and already at school acquire the skills of using net materials, tools and devices, learn the rules of caring for them. Some accessories for fishing and hunting are made by themselves. They learn to survive in the extreme conditions of the tundra, learn the rules of first aid. The program provides for the mastery by students of a distinctive national culture, preparation for life and work in the Far North, taking into account the traditions of the peoples of the North and the requirements that arise in modern socio-economic conditions. Much attention is paid to safety precautions.

All this should help students acquire professional skills in the future. Schoolchildren acquire knowledge about fishing grounds, classification, their structure, environmental requirements for them, methods of land development, study biological resources, the calendar of a fisherman-hunter. But that's not all. They also teach the breeds of fish prohibited for catching, measures of responsibility for their illegal catch, types of game animals and birds, requirements for the choice of a fishing point, means of life support.

In addition, it is important to know about vehicles, fuel consumption rates, raw materials and materials for the work performed. Pupils are introduced to the methods of making and repairing the simplest equipment and inventory, with methods of planting a net, tying up weights, attaching floats, repairing and repairing nets. And, of course, you need to be able to process fish, harvest products like wild plants. In the case of hunting, you need to correctly navigate the terrain, know how to set traps, traps for birds, lay out baits, remove and process the skins of a polar fox or a hare.

Theory of knowledge

Ivan Sorokin, teacher of chemistry and Theory of knowledge, lyceum № 45, Moscow

I graduated from the Faculty of Chemistry of Moscow State University, and now I am a researcher at Moscow State University, I teach physical chemistry. I have not volunteered to teach TOK (Theory of knowledge, theory of knowledge). I was called to teach this subject after I worked as a chemistry teacher in the IB * program for three years.

TOK is a mandatory subject in the IB system, which connects all subjects with each other. Roughly speaking, it teaches methods of obtaining information. Key terms in the theory of knowledge are ways of knowing (for example, emotions, logic, sensory perception, imagination) and areas of knowledge (science, art, humanitarian subjects, mathematics). Approximately 75% of lessons are taught in English. Household, everyday conversations with schoolchildren, of course, we conduct in Russian. Just recently, in the 10th grade, they conducted classes on a critical attitude to sources using the example of Russian newspapers and magazines.Students do their graduation work (essay and presentation) in English.

There is no certified course on TOK, so I can teach it - a chemist by education. I went to educational seminars, where I met other teachers of the theory of knowledge. Among them are former mathematicians, class teachers, language teachers.

* The International Baccalaureate IB system is an international educational program with a common curriculum for all participating countries. Teaching is mainly conducted in English. Holders of an IB diploma can enter any university in any country without entrance exams. In addition to the six subjects that the student chooses for himself, within the framework of the IB, the courses "Theory of Knowledge" and "Creativity, Action, Service" are necessarily taught. In Moscow, IB training takes place in 10 schools. The average cost of training is from 1,500 euros per month, and in the UK, for example, from 2,200 euros.
